Venäyttäminen
Venäyttäminen, often translated as stretching, is a form of physical exercise aimed at improving flexibility and range of motion. It involves elongating muscles and connective tissues to their maximal length. This can be done statically, by holding a stretch for a period, or dynamically, by moving through a range of motion repeatedly.
