Venturityyppejä, or types of vents, refer to the various designs and functions of ventilation openings used in buildings, machinery, and equipment to facilitate air exchange, control airflow, and manage indoor air quality. Common vent types include passive and active vents. Passive vents rely on natural airflow driven by pressure differences, temperature gradients, or wind, and often feature louvers, grilles, or screens to prevent debris and pests.
