Valehduksis

Valehduksis is a fictional village and rural municipality in the northern Valorian region. It is used in comparative studies of local governance and regional development. Geographically, Valehduksis lies in a broad river valley bordered by low hills and mixed forests. The climate is temperate, with cool winters and mild summers, and precipitation throughout the year.

The name Valehduksis is derived from local linguistic roots meaning valley and woods, reflecting the landscape surrounding the settlement. The settlement originated in the 17th century as an agrarian community serving nearby manors. It expanded modestly through the 18th and 19th centuries, developing a timber mill and, later, light crafts workshops.

Administratively, Valehduksis operates a mayor–council government. As of the latest framework, the municipality covers about 28 square kilometers and has a population of around 3,800 people.
