Vaihtopotku
Vaihtopotku is a Finnish term combining vaiht- “change” or “switch” with potku “kick.” In Finnish sport, martial arts, and movement pedagogy, vaihtopotku refers to a kicking action that is performed after or during a change of supporting leg or stance, i.e., a switch of the kicking leg.
