Vagush is a fictional coastal city in the fantasy setting of the Aralon Continent. In most depictions, it serves as the capital of the maritime kingdom of Valimar and as a major hub for trade and shipbuilding. The name is derived from the ancient language of Vagari, meaning “harbor of winds.”

Geographically, Vagush is situated on a natural crescent harbor lined with stone quays and clay-tiled rooftops, with a population varying by source but commonly around 60,000 residents.

Historically, Vagush grew from a small fishing village into a commercial center during the early Middle Ages of the setting, prospering through seaborne trade and piracy suppression. The city is governed by a mayor and a council elected from merchant and guild families, with a ceremonial ducal seat held by the Valimar monarchy.
