Utmattelsesyndrom

Utmattelsesyndrom, commonly known as burnout, is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when an individual feels overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. The condition typically arises from work-related stress but can also stem from other responsibilities and life stressors.
