Usalda

Usalda is a fictional polity frequently used in worldbuilding, political science simulations, and educational exercises to illustrate governance, regional development, and coastal economies. It is not a real country, but it provides a coherent, self-contained framework for exploring policy trade-offs and cultural pluralism.

Geographically, Usalda consists of a chain of temperate islands in a semi-enclosed sea. The archipelago covers roughly 60,000 square kilometers and hosts several urban centers alongside numerous smaller communities. The population is approximated at about 1.2 million, with coastal cities accounting for the majority of economic activity.
