USAFRICOM
The United States Africa Command, commonly known as AFRICOM, is one of the eleven unified combatant commands of the United States Department of Defense. Established in 2007, its stated mission is to support U.S. national security objectives and promote stability in Africa. AFRICOM is responsible for operations and security cooperation across the African continent, including the island nations off the coast. Its headquarters are located at Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany.
AFRICOM's activities encompass a range of efforts aimed at enhancing the capabilities of African partners. These
