Työnantajakohtainen

Työnantajakohtainen is a Finnish adjective meaning “employer-specific” or “pertaining to the employer.” It is used to describe terms, policies, practices, or requirements that are defined by the employer or tailored to that particular organization, as opposed to guidelines that apply across an industry or are mandated by law.

In practice the term appears in HR and contractual language to mark elements that are not universally standardized but are established by the employer.
