Tuulettajia

Tuulettajia are traditional Finnish windmills used for various purposes, including grain grinding and water pumping. The word "tuulettaja" is derived from the Finnish word for wind, "tuuli," and the suffix "-taja," meaning a maker or doer of something.

These windmills typically consist of a vertical axis with a series of wooden or metal blades attached to a hub. As the wind blows, the blades rotate, transferring energy to a mechanical system that drives a millstone or pump.
