Toteuttuvat

Toteuttuvat is a Finnish verb form derived from the verb toteutua, meaning to come into being, to be realized, or to be carried out. It is the third-person plural present indicative form of toteutua, used with plural subjects to express that plans, goals, or events are realized or come to fruition. For example: Hankkeet toteutuvat aikataulun mukaan (The projects are realized according to the schedule).

Toteutua is intransitive or semi-transitive, in contrast with toteuttaa, a transitive verb meaning to implement or carry out something. Accordingly, toteuttavat is the corresponding third-person plural present tense of toteuttaa: he toteuttavat suunnitelmia (they implement plans).
