Toistoilles, also known as *Toistoille* or *Toistoille cheese*, is a traditional Finnish cheese originating from the region of Karelia, particularly the area around the town of Toisto. The name "Toistoilles" is derived from the Finnish word *toisto*, meaning "repetition" or "repetitive," which historically referred to the method of making the cheese by repeatedly pressing and shaping the curds.

Toistoilles is a semi-hard, aged cheese with a mild, slightly tangy flavor and a smooth, creamy texture. It is typically made from cow's milk and has a pale yellow color with a slightly waxy rind.
