Tiltaing

Tiltaing is a modular camera rig system developed by Tilta, a manufacturer of professional film equipment. The Tiltaing line includes cages, handles, baseplates, rails, and related accessories that can be combined to form customized supports for a wide range of cameras. The system is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate different shooting setups, from handheld to shoulder-mounted configurations.

The Tiltaing system is built around standard 15mm rod hardware and interfaces such as Arri-style rosettes, allowing users to mount monitors, matte boxes, follow focus units, power distribution, and other peripherals while maintaining balance and ergonomics. Cages can be camera-specific or universal, and top or side handles attach through rosettes or clamps to enable various grip positions. A baseplate or shoulder support can be added to switch between tripod, slider, or handheld use, with additional rails and accessories mounted along the rig as needed.

Tiltaing components are designed to be camera-agnostic, enabling broad compatibility across different camera bodies, lenses, and accessories. The modular approach supports quick reconfiguration for changing production needs, such as moving from a compact documentary setup to a more feature-rich studio rig.
