Thergothon
Thergothon was a Finnish death-doom metal band formed in 1990. The band is considered one of the pioneers of the funeral doom metal subgenre. Thergothon released only one full-length album, "Fhtagn-Nagh-Yagth" in 1994, before disbanding in 1995. The album is characterized by its exceptionally slow tempos, crushing guitar riffs, deep guttural vocals, and a somber, atmospheric sound.
