Teräsvahvistusta

Teräsvahvistusta, commonly known as steel reinforcement or rebar, is a type of steel bar used as a tension device in reinforced concrete structures to help the concrete resist tensile stress. Concrete is strong in compression but weak in tension, so teräsvahvistusta is embedded in the concrete to bear the tensile loads.
