Terminaaliviranomaiset

Terminaaliviranomaiset are a group of Finnish politicians who have been described as the "terminally ill" of Finnish politics. This term was coined by the Finnish political scientist and journalist, Jukka Tarkka, in his 2014 book "Terminaaliviranomaiset".
