Teiktas

Teiktas is a Lithuanian term that functions as the past passive participle of the verb teikti, meaning to offer, present, or provide. In its typical use, teiktas denotes that something has been offered or presented to someone or to an institution, rendering it as an adjective-like form that describes a completed action or a state resulting from an offering.

In usage, teiktas appears mainly in formal, administrative, or legal prose to refer to documents, proposals, or items that have been directed to an authority or recipient. For example, a proposal may be described as teiktas tarybai, meaning that the proposal was presented to the council.
