Taryms

Taryms are a fictional species native to the planet Xylos in the Aethelian star system. They are a sentient, bipedal race characterized by their leathery, scaled skin, which ranges in color from deep emerald to earthy brown. Taryms possess large, multi-faceted eyes that provide excellent low-light vision, crucial for navigating the dense, bioluminescent forests of their homeworld. Their forelimbs are tipped with dexterous, three-fingered hands, while their hindlimbs are more powerful, allowing for swift movement across varied terrain.

The Tarym society is organized into communal clans, each specializing in a particular craft or area of knowledge, such as metallurgy, astrogation, or bio-engineering.
