Säntis
Säntis is a mountain in the Alpstein massif of northeastern Switzerland. It is the highest summit in the Alpstein range, reaching an elevation of 2,502 meters (8,209 feet) above sea level. The mountain straddles the cantons of Appenzell Innerrhoden and Appenzell Ausserrhoden, with a small portion also extending into the canton of St. Gallen. Säntis is a popular destination for tourists and hikers, offering panoramic views of Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, and Austria on clear days.
