Szívterhelés

Szívterhelés, often translated as cardiac load or heart strain, refers to the workload placed upon the heart during physiological activity. This workload is a consequence of the heart's primary function: to pump blood throughout the body to deliver oxygen and nutrients and remove waste products. The magnitude of szívterhelés is influenced by several factors, including the intensity of physical exertion, the individual's overall cardiovascular fitness, and their metabolic rate.

During exercise, for instance, the body's demand for oxygen increases significantly, requiring the heart to beat faster and more forcefully.
