Sydäniskurit

Sydäniskurit are a Finnish electronic music duo formed in 2012. The group consists of musicians Jori Virtanen and Aksu Hanttu. They are known for their distinctive blend of synth-pop, industrial, and EBM influences, often characterized by dark, atmospheric soundscapes and driving electronic beats. Sydäniskurit's music frequently explores themes of urban decay, technology, and introspection.

The duo released their debut album, "Teräksiset Unet" (Steel Dreams), in 2014, which garnered attention within the underground electronic music scene. Subsequent releases, including "Digitaalinen Suru" (Digital Sorrow) and "Yksinäisyyden Kone" (The Machine of Loneliness), have further solidified their reputation for creating a powerful and emotive sonic experience. Sydäniskurit have performed at various electronic music festivals and clubs, both in Finland and internationally. Their live performances are noted for their energetic delivery and immersive visual elements, complementing their electronic sound.
