Suurkoosoleku is the genitive form of suurkoosolek, a term used in Estonian to refer to the general meeting or general assembly of an organization. It is the highest decision‑making body in many entities, including companies such as private limited companies (osaühing, OÜ) and public limited companies (aktsiaselts, AS), as well as non‑profit associations and foundations.

The general meeting has the authority to decide on fundamental matters affecting the organization.
