Social and environmental factors consider the impact of the design on society and the planet. This includes ethical considerations, cultural appropriateness, sustainability, and environmental impact. Designing packaging with recyclable materials is an example of addressing environmental factors. These different factors often interact and must be carefully balanced to achieve a successful and effective design.
