Suistopulla

Suistopulla is a traditional Finnish sweet bread, often described as a cinnamon roll variation. The name translates loosely to "fox bun" or "vixen bun," likely due to its distinctive shape which can resemble a curled-up fox's tail.

The dough is typically a rich, sweet yeast dough enriched with butter and eggs. It is then rolled out and spread with a filling made from butter, sugar, and plenty of cinnamon. Some recipes may also include cardamom or other spices. The dough is then rolled up into a log, and slices are cut from it.
