Storuman

Storuman is a locality and the administrative center of Storuman Municipality in Västerbotten County, northern Sweden. It lies in the province of Lapland and serves as the municipal seat for the surrounding rural area. The town is characterized by boreal forest landscapes, lakes, and rivers in a subarctic climate, with cold winters and mild summers.

The local economy historically centers on forestry and small-scale industry, with public services and trade providing employment.
