Standortbetriebsräten

Standortbetriebsräte are a form of employee representation within Germany’s works council system. They act as the voice of employees at a specific site or establishment within a company that operates multiple locations. They work alongside other representation bodies such as Zentralbetriebsräte (central works councils) or Gruppenbetriebsräte (group works councils) and coordinate with them on issues that span more than one site.
