Staaken
Staaken is a district in the westernmost part of Berlin, Germany, located within the borough of Spandau. Historically, it was a village outside of Berlin that was incorporated into Greater Berlin in 1920. For much of the Cold War, Staaken was divided. The eastern part was within East Berlin and the western part was in West Berlin, forming part of the Spandau district of West Berlin. Following German reunification, the entire area was reintegrated into the unified city.
