Spinbeläggning
Spinbeläggning, also known as spin coating or centrifugal coating, is a widely used method for applying thin, uniform films of liquid materials onto flat substrates. The process involves dispensing a small amount of the liquid onto the center of a rotating substrate. As the substrate spins at high speed, centrifugal force causes the liquid to spread outwards, thinning it into a uniform layer. The final thickness of the film is determined by a combination of factors, including the viscosity and surface tension of the liquid, the rotational speed, and the duration of the spin.
