Sorvistenjärvi
Sorvistenjärvi is a freshwater lake situated in the municipality of Jämsä in Central Finland. The lake lies within the Kymijoki basin, which drains into the Gulf of Finland. It covers an area of approximately 4.2 square kilometres (1.6 square miles) and reaches a maximum depth of 25 meters (82 feet). The shoreline extends roughly 18 kilometres, featuring a mixture of gently sloping banks and rocky outcrops. The lake is fed primarily by several small streams and runoff from surrounding agricultural land, while its main outflow is a modest river that continues into the larger Jämsäjärvi system.
