Somalia
Somalia, officially the Federal Republic of Somalia, is a country in the Horn of Africa. It borders Djibouti to the northwest, Ethiopia to the west, Kenya to the southwest, and has a long coastline along the Indian Ocean and the Gulf of Aden. Its capital and largest city is Mogadishu. The population is estimated at around 18 to 20 million, with the Somali people forming the majority. Somali and Arabic are official languages; Islam is the predominant religion.
