Softmolding

Softmolding refers to a manufacturing process used to create flexible or pliable plastic parts. Unlike traditional hard plastic molding, softmolding utilizes materials like silicone, thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), or flexible PVC. These materials offer properties such as elasticity, durability, and a soft tactile feel, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

The softmolding process typically involves injecting a molten soft material into a mold cavity. The mold is designed to create the desired shape of the final product. Once the material cools and solidifies, the mold is opened, and the flexible part is ejected.
