Smolikas

Smolikas, also known as Mount Smolikas (Greek: Σμόλικας), is a prominent mountain in northwestern Greece. With an elevation of 2,637 meters, it is the highest peak in Epirus and one of the highest mountains in the country. The summit lies within the central Pindus mountain range, near the border of the Ioannina regional unit. The area is part of the Vikos–Aoos National Park, a protected landscape that encompasses much of the Pindus range.
