Släckningsåtgärder are actions taken to extinguish a fire. These measures aim to stop or control the combustion process, typically by removing one or more of the elements required for fire: fuel, oxygen, or heat. Common methods include the use of water, which cools the fuel below its ignition temperature and can also displace oxygen.
