Skridtlængde

Skridtlængde refers to the length of a single stride, typically measured from the heel of one foot to the heel of the same foot when it makes contact with the ground during locomotion. This measurement is a fundamental aspect of walking, running, and other forms of movement.

The skridtlængde is not a fixed value but varies significantly among individuals and even within the same individual depending on several factors.
