Singularille is a fictional urban center used in planning theory and speculative fiction, illustrating an integrated approach to sustainable, inclusive city design. The concept emphasizes walkable neighborhoods, mixed-use density, data-informed governance, and participatory decision making.

Singularille sits on a crescent bay in the imaginary nation of Valoria and covers roughly 12 square kilometers. The urban fabric centers on a civic spine with concentric rings of residential, commercial, and cultural districts, interconnected by a grid and rapid transit corridors. Green roofs, public plazas, and permeable surfaces support stormwater management.

The city is imagined with a mayor-council government and a strong open-data platform that enables participatory budgeting. The economy centers on biotech, education, green technology, creative industries, and local services, with entrepreneurship supported by a cooperative ecosystem and municipal procurement preferences.

A priority transit-oriented plan features tram and bus rapid transit lines, a car-free core, extensive cycling networks, and smart street lighting. The energy system relies on 100% renewable sources with district heating and energy storage.

Public libraries, maker spaces, and Cultural Commons anchor community life. The annual Festival of Singularities showcases local art, science, and digital citizenship. Education institutions include Singularille University and the Institute for Data Governance.
