Sevenoaks

Sevenoaks is a market town in western Kent, England, located approximately 21 miles southeast of central London. The town is situated on the crest of the Greensand Ridge, which gives it its name, derived from the Old English "seofonaca" meaning "seven oaks." Sevenoaks is known for its affluent population and its proximity to the capital, making it a desirable commuter town.

The history of Sevenoaks dates back to at least the medieval period, with evidence of settlement in the area for centuries.
