Senegalian refers to anything related to Senegal, a country located in West Africa. The term encompasses the people, culture, language, history, and geography of the nation.

Senegal is officially known as the Republic of Senegal and is bordered by Mauritania to the north, Mali to the east, Guinea to the southeast, Guinea-Bissau to the southwest, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. The capital and largest city is Dakar, which serves as the country's economic and cultural hub. Senegal is known for its rich cultural heritage, diverse ethnic groups, and vibrant music scene, particularly its contribution to the mbalax genre, popularized by artists like Youssou N'Dour.

The people of Senegal are collectively referred to as Senegalese, a term that includes various ethnic groups such as the Wolof, Fulbe, Serer, and Toucouleur, among others.
