Sagedusmõõtur
Sagedusmõõtur, often translated as frequency meter, is an electronic instrument used to measure the frequency of a periodic electronic signal. This frequency is the number of cycles or repetitions of a waveform that occur in one second, measured in Hertz (Hz). Sagedusmõõturid are essential tools in various fields, including electronics, telecommunications, audio engineering, and scientific research, for tasks such as calibrating signal generators, tuning oscillators, and diagnosing circuit problems.
There are several types of sagedusmõõturid. Early mechanical frequency meters used resonant circuits to indicate frequency.
The accuracy of a sagedusmõõtur depends on its internal time base, which is often controlled by a
