SCluxationer

SCluxationer is a term that appears to be a portmanteau combining "SC," possibly referring to the sternoclavicular joint, and "luxation," a medical term for dislocation. Therefore, SCluxationer likely refers to an injury involving the dislocation of the sternoclavicular joint. The sternoclavicular joint is where the sternum (breastbone) meets the clavicle (collarbone). Dislocation of this joint means that the bones forming the joint have been forced out of their normal alignment.

SC dislocations can occur due to direct trauma to the chest or shoulder area, such as from a fall, a sports injury, or a motor vehicle accident. The severity of the dislocation can vary, ranging from a subluxation, where the joint is partially dislocated and can spontaneously reduce, to a complete dislocation.
