Súlyemeléshez, known more commonly as weightlifting, is a strength sport that involves lifting the maximum possible weight in two specific lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. These lifts are performed under the supervision of judges who ensure the technique and execution meet the sport's strict standards.
