Ruudultas is a fictional archipelago and its associated culture, created for world-building in speculative fiction and role-playing settings. The term refers to both the islands and the people who inhabit them, collectively known as the Ruudultans. The archipelago lies in a temperate marine zone with rugged coastlines, volcanic highs, and extensive coral reefs. The population is organized into semi-autonomous clans, traditionally governed by a Council of Elders, with a rotating high chieftain elected to oversee inter-clan affairs. The capital is Kaveri, located on the central island.

The Ruudultan language, Ruudultan, is an agglutinative language with a subject–object–verb order, featuring a rich maritime vocabulary and numerous loanwords from neighboring island languages acquired through long-standing trade links.

History in the Ruudultan imagination places early settlement in two waves between 800 and 1200 CE, followed by a medieval cluster of city-states.
