RiliBÄK, short for Richtlinien der Bundesärztekammer für die ärztliche Weiterbildung, is a set of guidelines published by the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer). It defines the framework for postgraduate medical education in Germany, outlining the objectives, content, and duration of specialty training, as well as the required practical experience and competencies that trainees must acquire. The guidelines cover the roles and responsibilities of training supervisors, the organization of training sites, and the documentation and assessment procedures used to verify progress, such as training logs and progress reports, up to the final examination for a Facharzt (specialist) qualification.
