ReceiverT

ReceiverT is an open-source software framework designed to support real-time data acquisition and signal processing for radio frequency communications and sensor networks. It provides a modular, extensible platform for building receivers, decoders, and analyzers that can operate on desktop workstations, servers, and embedded devices.

The architecture centers on a plug-in model and a lightweight data-flow graph. Core components include a runtime, a data bus, event scheduling, and time synchronization primitives. Users can implement new backends (receivers), processing blocks (filters, demodulators, decoders), and visualization modules via a published plugin API. The project provides Python bindings and a C++ core, enabling rapid prototyping alongside high-performance processing.

Data handling and compatibility: ReceiverT supports common data formats such as IQ samples and decoded payloads, and it can source data from software-defined radios, network streams, or audio interfaces.
