RAD140

RAD140, also known as Testolone, is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) developed by Radius Health. SARMs are investigated for their potential to selectively stimulate androgen receptors in muscle and bone while minimizing activation in other tissues.

In preclinical studies, RAD140 has shown anabolic effects on skeletal muscle and improvements in bone density, with relatively lower stimulation of androgen-sensitive tissues such as the prostate. This tissue selectivity is a key feature researchers are examining to treat conditions associated with muscle wasting and osteoporosis, while reducing some of the androgenic side effects associated with traditional anabolic steroids.

Development status for RAD140 remains exploratory.
