Qollanilmoqda

Qollanilmoqda is an Uzbek term meaning “is being used” or “is being applied.” It is the present continuous passive form of the verb qo’llanmoq, which broadly means to use, apply, or employ. The construction conveys that a method, rule, tool, or practice is currently in use. In standard Uzbek orthography the form is written qo’llanilmoqda; in texts without diacritics it may appear as qollanilmoqda.
