Põhikvaliteete

Põhikvaliteete is an Estonian term referring to the essential, foundational qualities that define the core nature or functioning of a person, object, process, or system. The phrase is commonly used in evaluation, planning, and communication to distinguish the most important attributes from secondary ones.

Etymology: It combines põhi (“base, core”) with kvaliteet (“quality”) and the plural form -te, typically used when referring to a set of qualities.
