Pääsynverkot, translating to "access networks" in English, refers to the part of a telecommunications network that connects end-users to their service provider's core network. This layer is crucial for delivering services such as internet, telephone, and television to homes and businesses. In a traditional sense, this often involved copper telephone lines, but modern access networks are significantly more diverse and advanced.
