Projektkontor

Projektkontor is a term used in Germanic language contexts to denote a project office established within an organization to coordinate and support a specific project or program. It is usually temporary, formed to provide governance, methods, and resources for the initiative, and may be dissolved after project completion. The concept is common in large organizations undergoing complex change, IT implementations, or construction programs.
