Programlingvoj, often translated as programming languages, are formal languages used to express sequences of instructions that computers can execute. They are standardized by bodies and communities, while implementations vary. Language choice depends on goals, such as system programming, web development, data analysis, or education. The field continues to evolve with new tooling, cross-language interoperability, and targets like WebAssembly and parallel hardware.
