In economics and industry, a produccionesbaseret or production-based perspective emphasizes the supply side of activity. It considers factors such as production capacity, input flows, labor productivity, technology, and the efficiency of manufacturing and logistics. This orientation can be applied to discussions of national accounts, industrial policy, or corporate performance where output and throughput are central indicators.

In policy and public-sectors contexts, production-based approaches may influence how resources are allocated or how reforms are designed. For example, funding models or performance metrics can be tied to production output, efficiency, or quality of output rather than to service provision alone.
